What is My Admin Plan?

My Admin Plan is a business management tool that helps you track statistics, manage lists, document knowledge, and create study programs.

Is there a free version?

Yes. You can start with the Free plan or begin a Starter trial to explore the features.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. Go to Pricing to compare plans and upgrade at any time.

Account & Access

I forgot my password

On the login page, click the password reset link and follow the instructions.

How do I update my email?

Contact an admin or use the Account settings to manage your profile. Email changes may require contacting support.

What happens when my trial expires?

When your Starter trial expires, the app enters view-only mode. You can still access your data but cannot add new entries. Upgrade to a paid plan to regain full access.

Statistics

How many statistics can I create?

This depends on your plan. Check your plan's limits on the Statistics Management page, where a progress bar shows your usage.

Can I organize statistics into groups?

Yes. Statistics can have parent-child relationships. Create a parent statistic and add sub-statistics under it.

How is the data saved?

After entering values, click the Save button to persist your changes. Always remember to save before navigating away.

Lists

What types of lists are available?

Three modes: Simple (checklist), Comparison (presence/absence), and Multi-State (To Do / In Progress / Done).

Can I share a list with my team?

Yes. Admins can assign lists to specific users.

Can I print a list?

Yes. Each list can be downloaded as a PDF.

Knowledge Base

Who can create knowledge items?

Only admins can create, edit, and delete knowledge items.

Who can see knowledge items?

Admins see all items. Regular users see only items assigned to them.

Study Programs

What can I include in a study program?

Knowledge items, lists, and external URLs.

Can I track progress?

Yes. Participants enter their initials for each completed item. Admins can see everyone's progress.

Technical

Which browsers are supported?

My Admin Plan works with the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

Is there a mobile app?

My Admin Plan is a Progressive Web App (PWA). You can install it on your device's home screen for a native-like experience.

How is my data protected?

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth.
