Study Programs combine knowledge items, lists, and external resources into structured learning paths. Use them for employee training, onboarding, continuing education, or any structured learning initiative.

How It Works

A study program is a sequence of items that participants work through. Each item can be:

Item Types

Knowledge Entry — Link to a policy, procedure, or definition from your Knowledge Base
List — Link to a checklist or tracker
URL — Link to any external resource (video, article, website)

Progress Tracking

Participants enter their initials next to each completed item. This provides:

For participants — A clear view of what they've completed and what remains
For admins — Visibility into each user's progress across the program
