Study Programs Overview

Study Programs combine knowledge items, lists, and external resources into structured learning paths. Use them for employee training, onboarding, continuing education, or any structured learning initiative.

How It Works

A study program is a sequence of items that participants work through. Each item can be:

Item Types

  • Knowledge Entry — Link to a policy, procedure, or definition from your Knowledge Base
  • List — Link to a checklist or tracker
  • URL — Link to any external resource (video, article, website)

Progress Tracking

Participants enter their initials next to each completed item. This provides:

  • For participants — A clear view of what they've completed and what remains
  • For admins — Visibility into each user's progress across the program
