Tracking Progress

Monitor and manage progress through study programs.

As a Participant

1. Open an assigned program from the Study Programs page
2. Work through each item in the program
3. Enter your initials next to each item you complete (max 5 characters)
4. Your progress is saved automatically

Program items are interactive:

• Knowledge items open the knowledge viewer
• Lists open the list for interaction
• URLs open the external link in a new tab

As an Admin

When viewing a program, you can see all participants' progress:

• Colored initials avatars show who has completed each item
• A completion counter shows items completed out of the total
• Filter or sort to see who needs support

Admin Actions

• Assign — Assign the program to specific users
• Edit — Modify the program structure
• View All Progress — See an overview of everyone's completion status
