Creating a Study Program

Build a structured learning path for your team.

Step-by-Step

1. Start a New Program

Go to Study Programs and click New Program.

2. Add Basic Information

  • Title — A clear name for the program (e.g., "New Employee Onboarding")
  • Description — Explain the program's purpose and goals

3. Add Items

Each item is a step in the learning path:

  • Knowledge Entry — Select from existing knowledge items
  • List — Select from existing lists
  • URL — Enter a label and the external URL

Add items in the order you want participants to complete them. You can reorder items by removing and re-adding them.

4. Save

Review your program and click Save. The program will appear on the Study Programs page.

Editing a Program

To modify an existing program:

  1. Open the program
  2. Click Edit
  3. Add, remove, or reorder items
  4. Save your changes

Progress made by participants is preserved when you edit a program.
