Using a List

Interact with lists to record data and track progress.

Viewing a List

Click any list on the Lists page to open it. The interactive view lets you:

  • Check items — Tap or click to toggle states
  • Enter initials — Type your name or initials for each item (Simple mode with initials)
  • Track progress — Move items through To Do → In Progress → Done (Multi-State mode)

Auto-Save

All changes are saved automatically. You can close the list at any time and return later — your progress will be preserved.

Editing a List

To modify a list's items or settings:

  1. Open the list
  2. Click the Edit button
  3. Make your changes
  4. Save

Note: Lists assigned by an admin cannot be edited directly. You can duplicate them to create your own editable version.

Additional Actions

  • Download PDF — Export the list as a PDF
  • Reset — Clear all entries to start fresh
  • Duplicate — Create a copy of the list
