Managing Statistics

From the Manage Statistics page you can view, reorder, and organize all your metrics.

Reorder by Dragging

Statistics are displayed as a list. You can drag and drop each row to change its position. The order you set here is reflected everywhere: data entry grid, charts, and reports.

Assigning to Users (Admin)

If you are an admin, you can assign each statistic to specific users. The user will see only their assigned statistics when entering data or viewing charts — ideal for role-based tracking:

  • Each user enters data only for their own metrics
  • Managers can still view and compare across all users
  • Assignments can be changed at any time

Editing a Statistic

Click the edit icon on any statistic row to modify its settings:

  • Name and unit of measure
  • Statistic type (simple, combined, inverted)
  • Color for charts
  • Parent for hierarchical organization
  • User assignments (admin only)
  • Visibility (active / archived)

Archiving a Statistic

Archiving removes a statistic from the active list without deleting its historical data. You can unarchive it later if needed.
